Alex has been gardening for over 25 years. Inspired by his mother’s love for gardening, he spent countless days in his family’s garden (zone 8b).
It must have been the beauty of nature and the moments of joy working on gardening projects that ignited his love for growing plants. He became obsessed with learning everything about growing plants and discovering the little tricks involved, both from a practical and theoretical standpoint.
He started TheGrowingLeaf.com in 2021 to share his vast knowledge and experience as a hobbyist with fellow gardeners. Seeing others’ gardens flourish by sharing his passion brings him great fulfillment.
